Amy and her husband Keith, the President of American Way Mortgage, together own five properties on the Outer Banks, including three oceanfront homes valued at over $1 million each. Keith and Amy are both very knowledgeable of the local real estate market, having aggressively invested here during the past five years. David Little has over 30 years in the mortgage business and has lived in Southern Shores for ten years.
